I am blown away by Omaha's Rug Cleaning and Restoration! After an entire glass of red wine was spilled on my ivory hand-knotted area rug, I thought it was ruined. When I got the rug back, I was amazed, the stain was completely removed. I didn't think it was possible. I will recommend them over and over. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Omaha Area Rugs. I’m very glad I found their team.
After moving into a new home with primarily area rugs (rather than wall-to-wall carpet), I initially had them cleaned by an in-home carpet service, which unfortunately resulted in damage to my hardwood floors and only satisfactory cleaning results. One of my rugs in particular had significant wear from heavy foot traffic and frequent vacuuming, and I was concerned it might need to be replaced.
Omaha Area Rugs truly exceeded my expectations. Their team was able to restore the rug to a condition that will allow me to enjoy it for years to come. Their expertise and care made a noticeable difference.
For anyone with area rugs, I strongly recommend trusting Omaha Area Rugs for professional cleaning services.

We are extremely pleased with the work done on our Turkish rug. Great care was taken to repair the rug by hand and with the best silk. The damage was repaired professionally, and after the cleaning, it looked brand new. Moreover, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Omaha's Rug Cleaning and Restoration.

Well our home is a complete mess with the remodel. So our rug is still in the brown paper wrap. So ya.... everything is perfect with Omaha rug cleaning. With their company services are by far very top notch. Their delivery person he is by far Stellar person to work with. Everything with this company is fantastic we will let everybody know what our carpet looks like when we get done with our renovation. We just sent two more off to get looked at Turkish rugs by my wife's permission. Looking very forward to see what these look like. Five Star All The Way

We had a slight glitch in the service....when we unrolled the large area rug at home after being cleaned we discovered that a planned repair had not been completed. When I called to let them know, Megan was very apologetic and arranged to have the rug picked up, repaired, and returned the same day. Awesome customer service and great people! Thank you!
